We provide professional Medical Services, Roaming de-escalation specialists, and build teams, using qualified and properly trained contractors for various event staffing positions. Our team prides itself on training, compassion, integrity, communication, and understanding.

Listed below are the job/staffed positions Safe Space Event Staffing has taken diligence to vet independent contractors to fill. 

All persons are 

• Certified CPR AED & First Aid,  able to identify, secure, and call for help if required.
• Trained in Crisis Intervention which is paramount in positive communication, deescalation, and conflict resolution. 

Staffed positions are designed as

• Static- at set location 
• Dynamic- as needed various location
• Roaming- moving presence engaging role
• On call- on site, response when requested
• Any- choose what fits

– Medical/First-Aid: This Includes a fully stocked and staffed First-Aid Booth, AED, and Medical UTV/(Mule), as well as an optional self-care booth including harm reduction kits, condoms, feminine products, band-aids/single-serve OTCs, blankets, and things that generally make life easier/safer at an event. First-aid staff must have a minimum training of WFR or higher and will always be in a pair.

-Safety/De-escalation: Our staff are Safe Space trained, with a minimum of current CPR/First-Aid. It is important to have someone with knowledge of behavioral habits and various conduct associated with altered states of perception. Our staff uses multiple training, including De-Escalation, Conflict resolution, and harm reduction practices. We can enforce the rules while using softer tactics to try and find a resolution with minimal conflict.

-Box office/Gate Our friendly and experienced staff are competent, and skilled in using different ticket operating systems, cash exchange, and maintaining correct records and paperwork. Trustworthy, and responsible with things of value and important tasks. Confident and skilled in intercepting or receiving Law Enforcement/ EMS/Fire services. Current CPR/First-Aid certified

-Set-up/Break-down We have an eclectic team of individuals made up of a wide variety of contractors. Skills include builders, riggers, and skilled stagehands. We come with our own tools/equipment and are experienced in troubleshooting and general maintenance and upkeep on machinery and tools. Specialized “Go-Teams” are available for events in a pinch. We can mobilize and be ready within 24 hours of contact. We operate with safety in mind. We do things safely and correctly.

-Quartermaster/Logistics Our staff is skilled in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, tools, and small engines. We are proficient in properly checking in and out of tools, radios, equipment, etc. as well as keeping them in proper working condition. Knowledgeable and friendly in talking with rental companies and outside entities/businesses.
